1. Who we are

ascelent.com ("Ascelent", "we", "us") is run by Lunar Leap Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Mumbai, India. Ascelent is a brand of Lunar Leap Technologies LLP. It is the staffing practice of Vector CXO, which is also a brand of Lunar Leap Technologies LLP.

2. What this site is for

This site explains how Ascelent helps staffing and recruitment firms catch the money they lose in the weeks after a placement. It also lets you book a month review. Everything on it is general information. It is not legal, employment, immigration, payroll, tax, compliance or financial advice. Please don't rely on it for any decision without advice from a qualified professional.

3. The examples on this site

The agency, the quotes, the leaks and the results described on this site are illustrations. They are not real customers, real messages or results we've achieved.

4. What we never do

Ascelent never:

• judges, ranks, shortlists or rejects candidates
• signs off right to work, registration, background or safety checks
• contacts candidates or workers who haven't agreed to hear from your firm
• sends anything in your firm's name without a person approving it

Nothing on this site replaces the judgement of your recruiters, your compliance team or your legal advisers.

5. Industry facts

Where we quote facts or figures from other organisations, we name the source. We don't control those sources, and they may change.

6. Our services

This site doesn't create any agreement for services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. Where you share business records, such as rosters, timesheets, placements or invoices, it is also covered by a separate confidentiality agreement and, where personal data of candidates or workers is involved, a data processing agreement.

7. The leak check and the calculator

The leak check and the "Do the maths on yours" calculator give a rough guide based on what you tick and type. They are not a promise of results. Your answers stay in your browser, and we receive nothing unless you choose to submit the form.

8. Intellectual property

The Ascelent name and logo, and the text, design and images on this site, belong to Lunar Leap Technologies LLP or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business use. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

9. Using this site properly

You agree not to misuse this site. That means:

• don't try to break its security
• don't send harmful code
• don't use the form to send spam or anything unlawful

10. Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we don't guarantee it's complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.
