Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

Lunar Leap Technologies LLP, Mumbai, India, which runs Ascelent at ascelent.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you type into our form:

• your name, work email, company and country
• how many workers you have on assignment
• any optional answers you give, such as which leaks you ticked in the leak check

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The leak check and the calculator run only in your browser. Nothing you click or type there is sent to us unless you submit the form.

3. Why we use it

We use it to reply to you, to arrange a conversation, and to handle any privacy or legal request you make. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything else without asking you.

4. Where it is stored

Form entries are stored with our hosting provider and delivered to our internal business mailbox. Our hosting provider may store data outside your country. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Staffing records you share with us later

If you later share rosters, timesheets, placements, invoices or other records for a month review, that happens under a separate confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement. In that work your firm controls the personal data of your candidates and workers, and we process it only on your instructions. Those records are:

• uploaded through a secure link
• never used to contact any candidate, worker or client
• deleted within 30 days if we don't go ahead together, with written confirmation

You can replace names and contact details with numbers before sharing.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

• see what we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• object to how we use it
• withdraw consent

This includes your rights under the EU and UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To use any of these rights, send the form at ascelent.com/review with "Privacy or legal request" selected. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, if any. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first.

9. Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version.
