Start with a month review.

Before anything gets built, we look at a month you've already lived through and tell you plainly where it leaked and what's worth fixing.

What we need

For one recent month, for one client or the whole firm:

  • Rosters and shifts: who was booked, and who turned up
  • Timesheets, including the late ones
  • Placements and offers: who accepted, started and left
  • Invoices and payments: what you billed, what was disputed, what was paid
  • Three conversations of about 40 minutes: usually a recruiter, your duty manager and payroll

Exports or spreadsheets are fine, and you can swap names for numbers.

What you get

  1. Your month, day by day: what happened, and what would have been caught
  2. The leaks, ranked by what they cost
  3. Which leaks are worth automating, and which aren't
  4. The first fix, what it would change and what it would cost
  5. What leaving it another quarter would cost

What else the review looks at

Beyond the seven leaks on our Home page, the review also checks five places money hides:

  • how fast new requirements get worked
  • roles filled from candidates you already have
  • worker files complete before day one
  • invoices followed up until paid
  • margin by client and by recruiter

Your part.

Time: about three hours to pull the records, the three conversations, and a one hour walkthrough.

Cost: it depends on three things: how many workers you have on assignment, how many clients the month covers, and how clean your records are. We agree it in the first conversation, and it's credited in full if you build with us.

Data: shared under an NDA, uploaded through a secure link, never by email. Nobody outside your firm is contacted. If you don't go ahead, it's deleted within 30 days and we confirm in writing.

If you go ahead.

Building is a one time cost; keeping it running is monthly. The build can be one desk, a whole service line, or the whole firm one step at a time. The price is set after the review, next to what the leak is worth.

Questions

Do we need to tell candidates or clients?

No. Nothing is sent to anyone during the review.

Do you need access to our applicant tracking system?

Not for the review. Exports are enough.

What if it says AI isn't worth it for us?

We'll say so. Some leaks are fixed with a process change, and you keep the findings.

Will recruiters see this as a threat?

Show them the findings. They show where recruiters were needed, and where they were stuck on admin. In a live workflow, they approve every message.

Will any of this make hiring decisions?

No. A person decides every time, which also keeps you right with the new EU rules.

Is the agency on the A worked example page real?

No. It's a made up composite, labelled on every view.
